Fleck Free is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or other issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages, which are subject to transmission by your mobile carrier. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms is limited as set out in your service agreement.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
